You can lose money. USDC challenges put real money on the line. If you miss the goal, your entry can go to players who finish, minus the platform fee. This may be regulated where you live. You must be 18+ and outside restricted regions. Only enter with money you can afford to lose.
dGENwalk tracks challenge entries and balances. Free
POINTS challenges carry no cash value. Real-money USDC
challenges are custodial and are only available where enabled, to eligible users.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in real-money challenges, located outside restricted regions, and not subject to sanctions. By using dGENwalk you represent that you have the legal authority in your jurisdiction to participate.
What dGENwalk does
dGENwalk lets you join walking challenges, complete a step goal across a set number of days, and receive your entry back plus a share of the pool from players who did not complete. Missed-goal entries are handled according to the challenge rules. On real-money challenges the platform takes a fee on the forfeited pool.
Deposits, withdrawals & custody
- USDC deposits are credited only after sufficient payment confirmations.
- Withdrawals are reviewed and paid to your own wallet; large withdrawals may require additional review.
- We are not a bank. Balances in the app are not deposits insured by any authority.
No financial advice; risk acknowledgement
- Real-money staking may be regulated as wagering, skill-gaming, rewards, money transmission, or financial activity in certain jurisdictions.
- Payment and payout systems may contain bugs or operational errors.
- You are responsible for your local compliance and for any taxes owed.
- Do not use the app where prohibited.
Anti-cheat
You agree not to spoof step data, use modified clients, root/jailbreak exploits, automated step generators, or emulators. Violations may result in denied progress, removal of the device connection grant, a payout hold pending review, or removal from challenges under the challenge rules.
Step receipts
Verified walk records are used for challenge results. False, spoofed, or manipulated step data can result in denied progress, account suspension, or loss under challenge rules.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, particularly for cheating or abuse.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the team be liable for any loss of funds, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of dGENwalk.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and reflected here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
