Common issues
"My steps aren't being counted." The app uses the device's hardware step counter. Walk for 30+ continuous seconds for detection to start. Make sure activity recognition permission is granted.
"I joined but the challenge says I didn't." Refresh the Challenges screen. If it still does not appear, contact support with your wallet address and challenge title.
"My deposit hasn't shown up yet." USDC deposits are credited after confirmation, which can take a few minutes. If it has not appeared after that, contact support with your payment receipt.
"My payout is missing." Try refreshing the challenge. If the challenge has ended and your balance has not updated, it may be under review. Contact support.
